My sophomore year I had the unique opportunity to participate in a research grant into gamification with the US Department of Defense (DOD) through the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Throughout the course of the study I did ethnographic and QA research into how an online adaptation of the classic game "Diplomacy" could be used to help the DOD. We went through many iterations of the game being developed alongside an internal DARPA team.
